PRODUCT QUALITY

  • Quality started from the raw materials, WALL OF X products are produced by using A1, ASQUARE, cement and some other mineral and silicate based natural material, which makes the panels unique. Unlike the other solvent based products, it does not cause odor or pose carcinogen risk. Chemical components obtained naturally are environment friendly.
  • Both A1 and ASQUARE are mineral and water based natural materials which are combined with dense textured fiberglass (carbon fiber) components which provides high flexibility and resistance.
  • Because of its natural uniqueness, WALL OF X panels are suitable for both interior and exterior usage. Panels can be effected due to acidic environments and thermal shock. 
  • It is not affected by water and humidity. It also has acoustic properties. It absorbs a certain level of sound and prevents echoing. It has UV resistance and is not affected by sunlight. Reacts the same way as natural materials.
  • It can be wiped, washed, held on water and may be painted again to the desired color.
  • It is a very flexible product, it can be rolled in long plates, and has high flexibility in short plates, that prevents breaking and cracking of the product. 
  • WALL OF X panel system can be made between 1mm thickness to 50 cm thickness depending on the needs. 

APPEARANCE

  • WALL OF X panels have natural look because of the natural raw materials. 
  • Molds are made out by natural materials and painting are done by special techniques, it will give natural look. 
  • Because of the naturalness of the products and the use of natural raw materials, the product demonstrates the highest level.

FUNCTIONALITY

  • Other than natural look WALL OF X panels have many functions. 
  • WALL OF X panels have A2 fire retardant class
  • Panels are 100% waterproofed. 
  • THERMALX products have λ = 0,025 – 0,034 w/mK depending on the material used. 
  • KITCHENX products have λ = 0,070 – 0,090 w/Mk depending on the thickness
  • Most of the products have sound absorption function. 

GUARANTEE PERIOD

  • Most of the WALL of X products have 50 year guarantee period, the main reason for that is use of natural raw materials. 
  • Application guarantee is given by the applicator (can be manufacturer or distributor) which can be minimum of 10 years warranty.
  • WALL of X products are guaranteed against any problems that might arise from the production. Structural deteriorations such as superficial cracks, rotting and breakage are under the guarantee. In case that there is an unusual deterioration in the product during the guarantee period, it can be reported with a written petition and a photo of the impaired part by agreeing with an wall of x authority. If it is deemed appropriate as a result of the examinations. 

APPLICATION 

  • To have a better finish look of the products you will need better joint fillers and paint. WALL of X panels are painted by JOTUN’s product to have same look all over the world. The quality of the paint will survive for longer terms. Filling out the gaps and fixing the joints of the panels PASTECOAT will be used to ease of use and better look. 
  • In our crew we have skilled and experienced workers who can do the job in an appropriate way and who can also teach how to install the products. 

CUSTOM DESIGN & APPLICATIONS

  • All of the panels can be pigment casting while in a process of manufacturing. The original casting color are white and grey depending on the model. 
  • Final look of the panel colors are choosen by our designer team. If you want to have any other finish color, it can always be painted by any water-based paint. 
  • We have many range of products, if a designer wants to have any different design it can be done by our design and prototyping team. 
  • The new design should do not have to be a panel it can be theming, facade, and sculpture.
